Terms of Service
The terms that apply when you use AmpFleet.
Last updated October 24, 2026
About these terms
AmpFleet is operated by ZGUY SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS PTY LTD, Australia. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.
Using AmpFleet
You agree to use AmpFleet lawfully, to keep your credentials secure, and not to disrupt the service or access other people’s data. You must have the right to connect the vehicles and energy systems you add.
What the service does
AmpFleet reads data from the vehicle and energy accounts you connect and sends commands to adjust charging according to the modes and settings you choose. Charging outcomes depend on third-party services, your equipment, your connection and the settings you choose, so we cannot guarantee that a vehicle will be charged by a particular time or to a particular level. You remain responsible for checking that your vehicles are charged when you need them.
Plans and fees
Any plans, prices and billing terms that apply to your account are shown in the app at the time you subscribe.
Availability
We work to keep AmpFleet available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may change or discontinue features.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as is and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
Third-party services and trademarks
AmpFleet is an independent product built for Tesla vehicles. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Tesla, Inc. or Tessie. Tesla is a trademark of Tesla, Inc. Vehicle and energy system data is accessed through the accounts you connect, and you remain responsible for complying with the terms of those services.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time and will post the updated version on this page.
